Shipping



All orders are shipped via Fedex and we can only ship to destinations within the UK.

Orders are normally delivered within 24hours from dispatch & we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1PM the next working day although this is not guaranteed,
Orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day, Unless previously arranged deliveries will only be made on working days (Mon-Fri)
We always endeavour to ship your order as soon as we possibly can.
 
In most cases, orders arrive within 2 working days of the order being placed.
We offer no guarantees on delivery times and we ask that you allow 5 working days for delivery.
If you require goods to be delivered by a certain time or date please contact us prior to placing your order and arrangements can normally be made.
If your delivery has not been received after 5 working days, and we have not contacted you, please contact us to address the situation.
 
In rare cases, we may have to order your products which will mean a little extra time is needed to ship the goods to you. In this case we will notify you of the situation.
 
If your shipment arrives when you are not available, a card will be left outlining redelivery options/and or collection options.
Fedex may try again to deliver the goods to you. If you are not available to receive the goods at this time, or have not made other arrangements with ourselves, or Fedex, the goods will be returned to us and any further shipping will be charged to you.
 
 
Returns
 
 
Many of our paint related items are made to order & therefor cannot be returned, Please contact us prior to placing an order if you unsure about the exact product you require
 
 
We accept all returns first arranged with us.
 
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. If a product is faulty, please contact the shop via email or by telephone and we will arrange for a replacement.

No returns will be accepted unless accompanied by the relevant returns number which will be issued by us.

When we have received the goods and we are satisfied that they meet our requirements for a refund or exchange, we will contact you to arrange the refund 
 
 
We cannot offer refunds/exchanges for paints when:
 
Goods are ordered incorrectly
Goods are damaged by the customer 
Goods are unwanted
Goods with no proof of purchase
Goods that could not be delivered or are delivered late due to an incorrect address or the courier being unable to obtain a signature 
 
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
